Responsibilities
- Generate membership sales through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and community outreach.
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to engage and convert prospective members.
- Conduct studio tours and explain membership benefits clearly and confidently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.
- Support front desk operations including answering phones, greeting guests, and handling inquiries.
- Assist in grassroots marketing and community events to drive brand awareness.
- Maintain a positive and professional studio environment.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Previous sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, or service-based sales a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Availability for 2025 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community building.
- Hourly pay: $15/hour commission on membership sales.
