What You'll Do
- Drive Membership Growth: Convert leads into loyal members through effective outreach, follow-up, and in-person sales presentations.
- Lead Generation: Partner with local businesses, host community events, and implement digital and grassroots marketing to generate new leads.
- Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with members, local influencers, and organizations to grow the studio's visibility and community presence.
- Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive lead management, pipeline tracking, and team motivation.
- Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and team performance.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and inspire sales associates and instructors to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Proven experience in sales, fitness management, or hospitality leadership
