This is a field-based role requiring professionalism, independence, mechanical aptitude, and strong documentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor potable water systems under Class I certification in healthcare and senior-living environmentsPerform system inspections and monitor temperature, disinfectant residuals, pH, flow, and other key parametersCollect field data, maintain accurate compliance documentation, and support regulatory reporting requirementsPerform basic mechanical tasks involving valves, pumps, recirculation systems, mixing valves, and related equipmentSupport installation and monitoring of secondary disinfection systems and point-of-use filtrationCommunicate findings clearly to supervisors and represent the company with professionalism at client sitesRequired QualificationsActive Class I Water Operator Certification (state-issued)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordKnowledge of Ohio EPA public water system regulations and OSHA safety practicesBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with piping and water systemsAbility to work independently in the field and document work accuratelyBasic computer skills (mobile apps, email, Word, Excel)Benefits401(k) with profit shareHealth insuranceOpportunities for career growth!
