Schedule: Full-Time | 40–50 Hours per Week????️ Industry: Commercial & Industrial ConstructionJob DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Concrete Formers/Finishers for commercial and industrial construction projects in Green Bay, WI.This position involves building and setting concrete forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces to specified grades and textures.Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work safely and efficiently, and a solid understanding of concrete work from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesSet, align, and secure forms for concrete slabs, walls, curbs, and foundations.Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and power screeds.Smooth and finish surfaces to desired texture using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.Apply curing compounds or protective sealers to finished surfaces.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow OSHA safety standards.Collaborate with crew members to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in concrete forming and finishing.Ability to read and follow construction plans and drawings.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments.Knowledge of rebar installation, form systems, and finishing techniques.OSHA 10 certification required.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required.
