General Labor / Construction Assistant
Location: Littleton, CO (on-site)
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Job type: Full-time, Contract (approximately 3 weeks)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift; overtime and some Saturdays possible
Start date: Friday 9/18/26
We are hiring General Labor Assistants for an immediate three-week contract assignment in Littleton, CO. Help
support the crews on a high-profile project bringing a major retailer to the area. Work starts Friday 9/18/26
What You Will Do:
• Support pipe fitters and other skilled trades on site
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials, pipe, tools, and equipment
• Dig, backfill, and help prep trenches and work areas
• Operate basic power and hand tools under direction
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all site safety rules and directions from the crew lead
Skills and Experience:
• Some construction, warehouse, landscaping, or manual labor experience preferred
• Willing to learn and take direction on a fast-paced job site
• Comfortable with basic hand tools (drills, saws, shovels, etc.)
• Dependable, on time, and a strong team player
• Prior job-site or trade-helper experience is a plus but NOT required - we will train
License: No license or certification is required for this role.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather
• Steel-toe boots required (employer provides task-specific PPE)
• Reliable transportation to the Littleton, CO job site
• May be subject to a background check and/or drug screen
Pay
$35.00/hour, paid weekly, Friday's starting after your first completed week.
