Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabrication equipment and machinery.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and equipment efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a shop environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
