What You’ll Do:
As our Shop Foreman, you will:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of diesel and truck service technicians
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards
- Perform diagnostics and provide technical assistance on advanced truck repairs
- Coordinate workflow, delegate repairs, and communicate with service advisors
- Ensure work orders are completed accurately and timely
- Lead by example promoting a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in diesel engine or heavy-duty truck repair
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a service shop or dealership
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Allison, Cummins, Hino, or Autocar is highly preferred
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- ASE certifications or OEM training a strong plus
