Industrial Power Truck & Equipment is a family-owned commercial truck dealership group with locations in Fort Worth, McKinney, and Lewisville, Texas. For over four decades, we’ve built our reputation as the trusted partner for Hino and Isuzu commercial trucks, Cummins Engines, Allison Transmissions, and a comprehensive range of all-makes truck parts.

Our Lewisville dealership is the newest addition to our family and is looking for someone to help grow our parts business by driving front-counter sales.

Your Role as a Parts Sales Specialist

• Be the face of our parts department, assisting walk-in customers with their parts needs and providing expert guidance on our extensive product range.
• Use your bilingual Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring exceptional service for all.
• Develop relationships with customers, ensuring they receive world-class service every time.
• Take ownership of the front counter, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
• Collaborate with our service and sales teams to meet customer demands and contribute to the dealership’s success.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in parts sales or customer-facing roles (commercial truck experience is a plus!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required this role serves a diverse clientele, and your ability to communicate effectively in both languages is essential.
• Knowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, Allison, or all-makes truck parts is highly desirable.
• A passion for solving problems and going the extra mile for customers.
