About this Role
We are seeking a hands-on Production Floor Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations of our manufacturing production floor. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a safe, organized and motivated work environment. This position requires presence on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Lead, train and mentor production staff to ensure productivity, safety and quality goals are met.
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels and equipment performance to optimize output and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics and engineering Teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports and metrics for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and company policies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and support on-time delivery.
- Be actively involved on the production floor, providing hands-on support and problem solving in real time.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate Teams.
- Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement and quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with production management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
