Ranew's Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Davenport, IA. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of production associates. Manage production schedules, material and manpower resources. Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.

Salary: $24 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st or 3rd shift

Production Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Coach and support employees.
- Monitor housekeeping and correct safety issues.
- Ensure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare and adhere to department budget.
- Enforce policies and procedures and apply disciplinary action as needed.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and records taking corrective action when necessary.
- Coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs.
- Responsible for inventory analysis.
- Order and purchase necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production.
- Track absenteeism and timekeeping.
