Lab Technician

Opportunity: Industrial Inspection & Analysis/Tribologik Corporation is looking for a motivated laboratory technician to work in our fuel, oil and coolant analysis laboratory, in Hammond, IN. This 2nd shift position is an exciting opportunity for you to begin, and/or develop, and/or grow your career in industrial chemicals, chemistry and laboratory work.

Job Description

• Samples Prep.: preparing samples to be tested.
• Calibrate, clean and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Run manual and automatic tests using the instruments.
• Note, record and report test results.
• Industrial Inspection & Analysis/Tribologik will provide adequate training and on the job training on all these tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field is preferred.
• Punctuality, positive attitude, safety minded.
• Demonstrate that you can reasonably and reliably commute to Lab location in Hammond, Indiana.
