Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, product guides, and instructional materials that support our clients and internal teams. If you enjoy translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit technical manuals, product guides, and instructional documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and operations teams to gather accurate information
- Ensure documentation is consistent, clear, and aligned with company standards
- Update and maintain materials as products and processes evolve
- Create visual aids, diagrams, and other supporting content
Skills Needed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, SolidWorks or similar)
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of formatting standards and document version control
- Awareness of visual communication tools and techniques
Ability to Implement
- Translate technical input into clear, structured documentation
