Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport industrial and paint materials using a truck with gooseneck trailer as needed for customer deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure continuous improvement, promote safety awareness, and collaborate with all branches and departments in a professional manner.
• Handle customer facing complaints or issues, referring any unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager.
• Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory cycle counting, and perform shipping duties for product deliveries.
• Ensure the warehouse is properly stocked, inventory is rotated, and warehouse cleanliness and organization is maintained, while promoting safety in the workplace.
• Ensure proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials are being upheld.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate position will have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. We are looking for a solid team player who is hard-working, motivated, flexible, and willing to learn. Strong attention to detail is preferred. The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely. You will interact with customers and coworkers professionally, exercising good judgment and initiative. A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work is also important for success in this role.

Candidates must have a clean driving record and must be willing and able to drive a gooseneck trailer safely and confidently as part of job duties.
