About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our facility, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at coaching and developing technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians in daily tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to reduce downtime and support production goals
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and equipment history
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve equipment issues
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of parts and supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs and coordinate corrective actions
- 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a related field
- 1 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of HVAC, PLCs, hydraulics, or industrial automation
- Experience in lean manufacturing or reliability‑centered maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
