ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS CREDIT UNION BRANCH MANAGER JOB?
This management role has hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday hours.
When you join our financial team as a Credit Union Branch Manager, you review the day's goals and ensure everyone feels empowered and ready to take on new challenges. Throughout the day, you onboard new members, ensuring they understand all the benefits available to them. You find opportunities to improve members' lives, offering solutions and products they may not have considered. When a member comes in with a consumer loan request or a challenging situation, you assist with kindness and compassion, finding the best possible outcome. You spend time coaching your team, helping them grow in their careers, and contributing innovative ideas to improve the branch's operations. You end the day collaborating with other managers, sharing insights, and working together to develop personally and as a team.

- Leadership experience in the financial industry
- Experience working witht a FI – teller, new accounts, consumer lending
- Passionate about improving existing processes
- Ability to contribute ideas for a better, stronger, more efficient work environment

- Willingness to initiate conversations to ensure members are receiving the most from their membership
- Highly skilled in holding teams/employees accountable
