WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BRANCH MANAGER?
As a Branch Manager at our credit union, you greet your team, setting the tone for an engaged and productive day. You review the day's goals and ensure everyone feels empowered and ready to take on new challenges. Throughout the day, you onboard new members, ensuring they understand all the benefits available to them. You find opportunities to improve members' lives, offering solutions and products they may not have considered. When a member comes in with a consumer loan request or a challenging situation, you assist with kindness and compassion, finding the best possible outcome. You spend time coaching your team, helping them grow in their careers, and contributing innovative ideas to improve the branch's operations. You end the day collaborating with other managers, sharing insights, and working together to develop personally and as a team.
This management role works 9 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday hours.
