Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a 06 Low Voltage Security Installer/Lead, based in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems, to ensure operational safety and compliance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, ensuring proper wiring and connectivity, collaborating with team members on project planning, and adhering to industry safety standards. You will also be tasked with training and leading other team members on installation projects as required.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of security systems such as access control systems, alarm systems, and surveillance cameras.
- Proficiency in wiring, cabling, and system connectivity for low-voltage systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.
- Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities for project planning and supervising a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for low-voltage and security installations.
- Possession of a valid 06 Limited Energy Systems license in the state of Washington is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to job sites.
