Job Objective:
Oversees the managing of the day-to-day operations of the hotel front office operations. Ensure that the quality and service standards are achieved and maintained.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Self-starting personality with a professional disposition is required.
· At least 1 years of management/supervisory experience in the service industry (hotel experience preferred)
· . Must be able to prioritize workload, keep up with assigned schedule as well as communicating well with associates, management, and guests.
· Have pride in completing assigned tasks as well as “pitching-in” and helping associates with their job duties to be a team player.
· Must have fluent computer skills including fluency with word processing, spreadsheet data entry, and navigating the internet.
· Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments.
