Job Title: SAP FICO Lead Consultant (Chemical Industry)
Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite 5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO solution design, implementation, and support activities
- Drive Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Order processes
- Work closely with manufacturing and plant finance teams to support costing and margin analysis
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Configure and optimize SAP CO-PC (Product Costing) processes
- Analyze standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Collaborate with MM, PP, PM, and SD teams for integrated business process solutions
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and finance modernization initiatives
- Conduct workshops with business users and provide functional recommendations
- Identify process gaps and recommend business process improvements and optimization opportunities
- Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices and process standardization initiatives
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities
- Support audit, compliance, and financial reporting requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing (CO-PC)
- Internal Orders
- COPA
- Deep experience in Product Costing within process manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of chemical/petrochemical industry business processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, PP, SD, and PM modules
- Hands-on experience in costing runs, settlement cycles, and variance calculations
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to drive process transformation discussions
- Ability to provide process improvement recommendations and business optimization ideas
- Experience supporting plant manufacturing operations and inventory accounting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
