Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementations, enhancements, and support engagements
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes
- Configure and support:
- Concur Expense
- Concur Travel
- Expense Policies
- Approval Workflows
- Audit Rules
- Expense Compliance
- Corporate Card Integrations
- User Administration
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Compliance teams to optimize business processes
- Lead integration activities with:
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA
- HR systems
- Payroll systems
- Corporate card providers
- Travel booking systems
- Provide consulting recommendations and identify process improvement opportunities
- Drive project planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
- Support data migration and integration validation
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development
- Ensure adherence to travel and expense compliance policies
- Support issue resolution and continuous process optimization

- 10 years of SAP Concur consulting experience

- Proven experience leading SAP Concur projects end-to-end
- Strong hands-on configuration and implementation experience
- Experience integrating Concur with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of travel and expense business processes
- Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops and drive solution discussions
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to recommend process improvements
- Experience with corporate card integrations and reimbursement processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
