Job Description Pega CLSA Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Pega CLSA Consultant with 11 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Pega PRPC v7/v8 frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable enterprise solutions, and leading end-to-end Pega implementations in a global onsite/offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
- Design, architect, and develop applications using Pega PRPC.
- Ensure alignment of business and technical architecture with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Program Managers on project scope, sizing, and risk management.
- Lead solution delivery and support customer success initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Pega CLSA Certification (Part 1 & 2)
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC v7/v8
- Experience with Java/J2EE, .NET, or other object-oriented technologies
- Strong business process consulting and solution architecture expertise
