About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team in a nationwide radar deployment and replacement program for civil air traffic surveillance. The project spans multiple sites across the United States and includes both approach and en-route radar systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics activities across parallel deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the transportation, delivery, and installation of radar systems and associated equipment across multiple U.S. locations.
- Coordinate logistics operations with engineering, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with FAA and local regulations regarding equipment handling and site operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all logistics activities.

Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is a plus, especially with a focus on operations or transportation systems.

- Spanish language skills will be valued, especially for coordination with the parent company and international teams.
