Job Title: CAM Engineering TechnologistLocation: Antioch, CA 94565Duration: 9 MonthsPay Rate: $25.00/hr on W2Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)Job DescriptionThe CAM Engineering Technologist supports manufacturing operations by assisting with production setup, assembly, and testing activities while following engineering specifications and standard procedures.ResponsibilitiesSet up new production work areas including layouts, tooling, and equipment.Assist with transition from production to packaging operations.Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical products according to engineering drawings, models, and written procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and operational efficiency.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as daily cleanup and organization of work areas.Complete additional tasks as required to support production operations.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Basic assembly experience and ability to read blueprints.Ability to interpret specifications, work instructions, and test procedures.Basic math and computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office).Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders/stairs, and lift up to 44 lbs.Ability to work overtime, off-shifts, and weekends if required.Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), Refugee, or Asylee.
