Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Designer/Drafter is to create and modify drawings, models, parts, and assemblies using Creo software. This role supports Service Engineering’s Design Services group and requires a high level of technical proficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and revise detailed drawings, models, and assemblies using Creo Support design activities for components, assemblies, and packaging solutions
Utilize Windchill to manage document control and workflow processes Track, update, and communicate project status to management Ensure all work complies with company standards and policies
Required Skills
Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in interpreting and producing technical drawings
Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and their applications
Understanding of engineering principles and their practical application
Education and Experience
High school diploma with technical school training, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated career progression from Drafter to Designer
Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent training preferred
8–10 years of relevant experience required

The candidate is to have the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, work effectively both in a team environment and independently; and demonstrate ability to respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
