Location - Fort Worth, Texas, 76102
Duration: 06 Months

Shift timings: M – F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Description:
Project Analyst: Duties and Key Responsibilities.
TXDOT Billing.
New project request intake.
Workload tracking and reporting.
Track and Manage permits.
Develop and maintain a City Management Plan dashboard.
SOX active/proactive list owner. (Network, Metro East and Metro West)
CIAC accrual report review and analysis.
Seeks opportunities to turn complex data into clear, impactful insights.
Ability to present useful and clear data to various levels of management.
Provide detailed data analysis to Serve Existing groups to support business decision making.
Analyze and track project data to improve project management.
Build reports and dashboards to support Network, Metro East and West. Serve Existing.
Collaborate with groups such as Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, Storeroom personnel and other stakeholders.
Successful track monthly capital plan and spent. Forecasting.
Supports Serve Existing group process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
A self-starter capable of solving problems through collaboration and critical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft excel, Pivot table, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to write queries utilizing various systems.
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with data cleaning and data visualization.
Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS and various Oncor project management tools is a plus.
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organization skills
Proven ability to learn new methods, techniques and software as needed to accomplish tasks.
