- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical lab, prototyping, or R&D environment
- Experience working with capital equipment systems (e.g., pumps, motors, or automated systems) preferred
- Familiarity with electronics and instrumentation (wiring, sensors, data acquisition systems)
- Experience with mechanical assembly, fluid systems, and troubleshooting
- Exposure to LabVIEW, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to execute both routine lab testing and development-focused experimentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, documentation)
