Pay rate: $40 Ph on W2.

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from intake through offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates for niche/hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines.
• Use recruiting metrics, market data, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS/Workday or similar systems.
• Participate in recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required:

• 1 year full-cycle recruiting experience; 3 preferred.
• High-volume corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• CRO/Clinical Research recruiting experience required.
• Direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s preferred; high school diploma required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
