Warehouse and Inventory Manager – Full-Time | Central New Jersey
Indoor Air Technologies is hiring a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and job staging. This role is essential to keeping our service and install teams productive, on time, and delivering a great customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse using a clear warehouse master plan
- Ensure 100% accurate receiving of all materials and equipment against purchase orders
- Stage all jobs accurately and completely before crews leave the shop
- Maintain and replenish technician truck stock so teams start each day prepared
- Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories
- Enforce inventory controls, including secured parts cages and access restrictions
- Supervise warehouse staff and runners and set daily priorities and standards
- Work closely with purchasing, service, and install teams to ensure materials go to the right place at the right time
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and honestly
- Perform other duties as assigned, with inventory accuracy and job readiness as top priorities
What You Bring
- 3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics management experience
(HVAC, construction, plumbing, or electrical industry experience strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with inventory systems, receiving, and job staging
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable taking ownership and holding others accountable
- Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both field and office teams
- Physically able to lift and move equipment and materials
- Comfortable using tablets, inventory software, and basic reporting tools

- $75k-$90k base salary, depending on experience
