JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to research and purchasing for the maintenance department and facility as needed.

The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$22.50 per hour - $33.50 per hour
($46,800- $69,680 annually)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
- Research, order and maintain an inventory of critical parts
- Use company software systems to create purchase orders for capital projects
- Execute company purchases up to assigned limit of authority, maintain proper documentation and perform daily reconciliation of assigned company credit card account
- Demonstrate proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system applicable to position
- Collaborate with Engineering and Shipping departments to ensure that purchases and inventory are accurately controlled and recorded
- Maintain Employee Training Records for the Maintenance Department
- Progress multiple tasks simultaneously
- Participate in project teams as assigned
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); associate degree preferred
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete a wide variety of assignments in a manufacturing engineering environment with a minimum level of support/direction
- Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities
