About the Role
We’re looking for Warehouse Associates to join our hardworking and friendly team! This position is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Depending on daily needs, you might be picking customer orders, packing shipments, or repackaging bulk products into smaller, resale-ready containers.
You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive the right products, on time, and in perfect condition.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately pick, inspect, and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Repackage bulk products into smaller quantities by weighing, labeling, and sealing them to company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by recording quantities and reporting shortages or issues.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, scales, and labeling machines safely.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Rotate between warehouse tasks (picking, packing, repackaging, etc.) based on business needs.
- Meet daily performance goals while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work overtime or weekends when required to meet order volume.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work.
- Ability to read and follow order forms, invoices, and product labels.
- Basic math skills for weighing and counting products.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
- Push or pull carts and materials up to 500 lbs.
- Tolerance for working around fragrances, oils, or natural ingredients.
