Vehicle Systems Integrator

We’re seeking a Vehicle Systems Integrator to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software elements through mule and pilot builds. Responsibilities include formalizing interfaces, sequencing, ensuring rapid issue resolution. Work spans R&D and shop-floor support and design reviews, converting ambiguity into clear checklists and accountable actions. The position maintains build momentum and reduces vehicle-level surprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain interface documentation between subsystems; manage change impacts.
• Plan bring-up sequences, instrumentation coverage, and integration checklists for builds.
• Run issue triage, communicate status/risks, and drive cross-functional closure.
• Capture lessons learned and feed them back into standards and designs.

Experiential Background

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience integrating complex electromechanical systems; automotive/EV a plus.
• Working knowledge of vehicle networks, power distribution, and packaging constraints.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Qualified candidates working from our EV facility and HQ in Woburn, MA (20 minutes from downtown Boston) are preferred and will be prioritized. Note that only experienced and qualified candidates should apply, and also state whether they can either work full time in Woburn MA or are open to relocation to the NorthEast area.

Job Title and Compensation

• The salary range for this position is between $117,000 and $132,000, based on full-time employment.
• Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
