Starting Rate: $15.00 an hour tips
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Strip rooms of used linens, trash, or other debris prior to the room being cleaned.
2. Gather all trash, or other debris, and dispose of it properly and in the designated areas.
3. Separate different types of linens and towels and place them in the appropriate areas.
4. Retrieve and replenish supplies for guest rooms including, but not limited to, bed linens, blankets,
pillows, glasses, bathroom amenities, towels, duvets, scarves, room accessories, or furnishings.
5. Assist in cleaning rooms quickly, neatly, and efficiently.
6. Assure guest room corridors, stairwells, elevators, landings, and all public spaces are kept clean and up
to health standards.
7. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaners.
8. Request repair services.
9. Deliver and retrieve ironing boards, baby cribs, refrigerators, and roll away beds to guests’ rooms.
10. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and label and submit damage, theft,
and found articles to supervisors.
11. Document deficiencies, mechanical or electrical problems from guest rooms and report to
housekeeping lead/supervisor.
12. Clean and maintain the RV Park restrooms and office area acceptable for health standards.
13. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude toward guests and staff.
14. Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years as housekeeper or house-person preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming
license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Strength to move up to 50 lbs. at a time. Must be able to stand or walk for a
minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in or outside the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer
complaints or questions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and
stretch/reach above head. Have good dexterity in fingers
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work
in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke
with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as
needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment. To provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
