The Stonebreaker Hotel opening December 2024, is actively searching for a motivated and diligent Houseperson to collaborate with our team!
Pay Range is $16-18 an hour, based on experience.
Stonebreaker Hotel, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, and check in area for guests.
A distinctive element exclusive to Hay Creek Management's approach to guest service is its 'Host Philosophy,' which encourages each associate to develop the skills necessary to offer competent hospitality service outside the realm of their primary job responsibilities.

Required Experience:
Job Summary:
- Assisting housekeeping staff with daily operations, including delivering supplies and linens
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Responding promptly to guest requests and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting event setups and breakdowns as needed
- Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- 1 year cleaning experience preferred
- Neat and professional appearance
- Positive, team player attitude
- Self-motivated individual
- Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
