What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event and Special Services Attendant position at INDIGO SKY LLC?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Approach all guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
2. Practice safety standards at all times including constant awareness of safety hazards. Report all issues to Supervisor
3. Work cooperatively with Banquet/Event Team to make sure all items are cleaned in a timely manner
4. Work with Event and Special Services Supervisor on specific details.
5. Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming event and food service areas after each event.
6. Assist in moving furniture needed for event spaces.
7. Assist others as needed.
8. Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
9. Adhere to Banquet/Event dress code policy.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: EVS/Housekeeping
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino and routinely lift up 25 pounds and occasionally as much as 60 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours and maneuver in or outside the casino. Visual acuity to observe and react to handle internal and external customer complaints or questions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and stretch/reach above head. Have good dexterity in fingers
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Summary:
is responsible for ensuring all linens, trash, glassware, plateware, silverware and other items used for Banquets/Events/Services are cleared. They are responsible for maintaining all banquet, convention and food service areas and ensuring they are cleaned and organized. After every event, the Attendant will ensure cleanup of all areas used for the event, including banquet kitchen. Keep all silverware polished and rolled.
