Job Overview

Indigo Foundation Inc. is seeking an experienced Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our EIDBI clinical team.

This position is ideal for a licensed mental health or behavioral health professional seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity to provide clinical supervision, oversee treatment progress, and support quality services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

We welcome qualified professionals from a variety of clinical backgrounds. BCBA certification is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision & Oversight

• Provide clinical supervision consistent with Minnesota EIDBI's 1:16 supervision requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support EIDBI providers.
• Conduct required in-person supervision visits.
• Review clinical documentation and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor treatment implementation and clinical quality.
• Collaborate with Indigo's existing BCBA and clinical team.

Treatment Planning & Client Progress

• Review and monitor individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
• Support treatment plan development and updates within professional scope of practice.
• Monitor client progress, treatment effectiveness, and clinical outcomes.
• Review clinical data and recommend treatment adjustments when appropriate.
• Support timely ITP renewals and medical necessity documentation.

Compliance & Collaboration

• Ensure clinical services align with Minnesota DHS EIDBI requirements.
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Support staff training and clinical quality improvement.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet Minnesota DHS requirements to serve as an EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional.

Qualified applicants may include:

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (LP)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Other professionals meeting Minnesota DHS EIDBI QSP requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or overseeing behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of EIDBI services and Minnesota DHS requirements.
• Familiarity with individualized treatment planning, clinical documentation, and progress monitoring.
• Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) or other evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical leadership skills.
