Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, steering, and other vehicle components.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems such as powertrain, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical wiring, and camera features.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake replacements to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs, welding, and component replacements while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.
- Clean and maintain the shop and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work space.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with schematics, automotive wiring diagrams, and interpreting vehicle systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
- Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle components including transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Relevant certifications in automotive repair are advantageous.
We value personal time away from work. We are closed weekends and there is the option for 4 day work weeks. Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 to 5:00

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
