General Description: Senior CPE Systems Administrator position will work directly within the CPE systems administrator work team to exceed customer satisfaction related to 911 services provided to the PSAP. The Senior CPE Systems Administrator will be the escalation point for the CPE Systems Administrators team. The position will manage day to day activities of the CPE Systems Administrators team which will include assigning tickets and projects to team members along with working closely with the NSOC, Field Service Managers, Project Managers and Director of PSAP Services to complete tasks. This position will require on-call and after hours support as scheduled or needed by the company.

- Knowledge of Asterisks PBX, SIP, Vesta 911, Solacom 911, MEVO, equipment installation, 3rd party CPE integration, and INDIGITAL NGCS services administration.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to work as required with a flexible schedule to accomplish departmental goals and be available by phone or other communication device(s), on an as needed basis
- In instances when you cannot be available, you will need to make arrangements for someone else to cover your responsibilities and ensure that your manager has been advised of the circumstances.
- Attend meetings and planning discussions which may potentially be scheduled outside regular working hours
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Present a clean, neat, businesslike workspace and appearance, wear appropriate attire and safety equipment (as needed), with no visible tattoos or piercings
- Be prepared to complete any assigned task as required by your supervisor and in accordance with the satisfactory completion of all job duties and responsibilities

Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience within a telecom, government, and/or Corporate environment working as a Network/Systems Engineer, preferred
- Expected to complete training in SIP, Asterisks, Vesta, Solacom, and other systems as defined by the company’s needs.
