Indianhead Medical Center (IMC) is a 25-bed critical access facility that has been providing quality care to the surrounding communities for over 70 years. Services include inpatient, outpatient, clinical, surgical, rehabilitation with extensive inpatient and outpatient therapies, and emergency care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist to join in a PRN (as needed) capacity.

As a Physical Therapist with IMC, you would work with a variety of patients both on-site in our newly remodeled therapy center and at our partner locations. You would enjoy a flexible schedule by picking up hours as they are available. Our Therapy department utilizes a team approach and takes pride in delivering care in a patient-centered environment. Our Therapy team provides personal and compassionate care through community, home and facility based services in the following settings:

· Inpatient

· Outpatient

· Local School

· Skilled Nursing Facility

· Home Health

At IMC, a Physical Therapist is responsible for completing an assessment and evaluation of individual patient care needs relating to functional status/endurance/stamina/pain/mobility as well as other medical conditions. The Physical Therapist will then determine a treatment plan and perform interventions to evaluate patient progress towards improved well being.

A Physical Therapist at IMC must:

· Have earned a doctorate or masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited school

· Be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of WI (or currently pursuing)

· Be BLS/CPR Certified (or complete within the first 3 months of hire)

· Provide professional and compassionate patient care

· Have a strong work ethic with a dependable and trustworthy nature

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
