What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Indianhead Glass?
Overview
Indianhead Glass Inc. , a progressive auto, residential, and commercial glass replacement company. We also service and replace overhead garage doors and operators. We are seeking a motivated individual to become part of our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Rice Lake location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Customer Service position. The candidate must also have a passion to deliver service that exceeds customer expectations, must possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to multi task. Familiarity with the glass industry and/or auto glass insurance is a plus. the individual must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently in a busy office setting.
Job duties will include phone and walk-in sales, computerized order processing, scheduling , and purchasing.
