Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Indiana driver's license with a record insurable through the Zoo's insurance.
- Primary responsibility is to operate/ monitor mechanical rides and attractions (train ride & carousel).
- Ensures safety procedures are being followed at all attractions and rides by both staff and guests.
- Provides friendly, professional service to Zoo guests and fellow staff members; guides, directs, and engages guests with a detailed and pleasant manner.
- Must enjoy working as a team but be able to work independently as well.
- Provides support during special events at the zoo, such as ZooBoo and Christmas at the Zoo.
