The Graphic Design Intern will assist in creating a variety of visual assets to support social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and in-stadium entertainment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design and production of graphics for social media, website, email marketing, digital advertising, print materials, in-stadium displays, and events
- Collaborate with teammates across Social Media, Audio, Game Presentation, and Photography to ensure consistent visual storytelling
- Support the creation of sponsor-integrated graphics and branded content initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
- Ensure all work is aligned with Colts brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, sports design aesthetics, and digital media innovations
- Assist with game day and event-day creative needs as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current college student or recent graduate studying Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical skills across different mediums
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of social media platforms and the types of content that succeed on each
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Passion for sports and enthusiasm for creative storytelling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and gamedays as needed
