Bloomington Enrollment Marketing and Communications (EMC) delivers and supports strategic and innovative communications and marketing technology across all of OEM to advance student recruitment, service, and success. The department collaborates with campus partners to actively influence strategy, practice, and innovation.

• Manages small project(s), from start to finish, ensuring on time completion.
• Identifies, resolves, or escalates operational problems and minimizes delays
• Manages small project(s), from start to finish, ensuring on time completion.
• Works in project management software to create new projects and update running projects.
• Creates meeting agendas.
• Runs weekly reports on project statuses.
• Identifies and escalates operational problems to minimizes delays.
• Reports on progress and provides regular updates to upper management
• Coordinates and communicates between team members and partners.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established time frames.
  
  

EDUCATION

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Some prior experience in related field.
• Higher education and IU experience.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.

15.00 per hour
