Job description:
PART-TIME :Clinical Case Manager position for the Indiana Professionals Recovery Program for Substance Use Disorder. The case manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring participants enrolled in the program are following the recommendations of their monitoring contract. The case manager will also be required to participate in monthly board hearing meetings in Indianapolis. Transportation and or mileage will be provided at NO cost to the case manager.
Some of the duties may include:
- Frequent communication with the participant, troubleshooting issues, answering general questions via phone or e-mail, and ensuring full cooperation and compliance of the program
- Collaboration with other entities (employers, boards, etc.)
- Networking and or Conference/ Symposium events
- Gathering and preparing specific information as requested by vested parties
- Intake Assessments
- Case Management
* Case management experience preferred
* Active License (LMHCa, LMHC, LCACa, LCAC, LSW, etc).
* New Graduates without license welcomed to apply
* MUST HAVE INDIANA LICENSE or applying within 3 months
* MUST live in Indiana
* Strong computer skills

- Master's (Required)
Experience:
- Addiction: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
