Pricing Coordinator

At Indiana Marine Products customer responsiveness is a top priority. As our pricing coordinator, you will be a key part of our engineering and customer Service team helping us to support our customers and be an integral part of growing our business. Your main role will be preparing and distributing customer quotations.

Key Aspects of the pricing coordinator roles and responsibilities include;

Ø Perform cost analysis of new products and assemblies for newly developed parts and changes to existing products.

Ø Be able to analyze costs for accurate BOM content as well as labor content.

Ø Maintain key cost related data in production and ERP systems.

Ø Prepare and distribute customer quotations.

Ø Interact with Engineering team during cost review events.

Ø Be able to track & prioritize open customer quotes.

Ø Must be able to develop and maintain typical Excel files and formulas as needed for pricing analysis and reporting

Ø Be proficient in Microsoft Office

Ø Be able to communicate effectively, including internally and also with customers regarding pricing updates.

Ø Participate in pricing process and procedure reviews for improvement

Ø Work well unsupervised and with in a fast paced team environment

Ø Must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

Ø Work on Special pricing related projects as needed.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
