Associate Attorney Position
Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardianships, etc.).
Compensation
Salary is competitive and will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview and hiring process.

Location & Schedule
- Primary office located in Fishers, Indiana
- Regular travel to satellite offices in Franklin, Rockville and Wabash required
- In-office position (remote work not available)
- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Work-life balance focused: No expectation of working beyond business hours
First Year Focus
We have established a structured training program for new associates focusing on:
- Developing technical knowledge in estate and elder law
- Building behind-the-scenes knowledge in our practice areas
- Note: Direct client interaction will be limited during the first year as you build skills and knowledge
