diverse cohort of approximately 340 boarding and day students in the 8th-12th grades.

Role Description:
Indian Springs School seeks a skilled Admission Associate to support the day-to-day needs of its Admissions Office. This position is a full time role and will report to the Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating prospective student “shadow day” visits
- Importing inquiries into the admission database, automating touchpoints, and sending inquiry packets
- Assisting with the planning, set-up, and execution of admission events, such as open houses, admitted students’ day, math competition, virtual events, and more (some weekend and evening work required, with advance notice)
- Updating our email templates in our database, FinalSite
- Sending strategic correspondence to prospective families
- Leading select marketing projects
- Sending boxes of Indian Springs material domestically and internationally
- Supporting the re-enrollment process
- Printing acceptance letters; helping to pack acceptance boxes; and, with the rest of the admission team, hand delivering some acceptance boxes to newly admitted students
- Taking inventory of and maintaining office supplies
- Making name tags for a variety of admission events
- Leading data-export process from FinalSite (formerly School Admin) to Blackbaud each year
- Updating our application each summer
- Managing a variety of spreadsheets
- Working with Director of Communications to coordinate variety of constituent emails
- Assisting with an assortment of other projects as needed
