What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Help position at Indian Hills Home Owners Association?
SEASONAL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITES INCLUDE, but not limited to:
- Will clean common areas of trash and debris. Empty and stock pet stations.
- Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Will work with lawn equipment, power, construction and hand tools, ladders.
- Applicant will work outdoors a majority of the time.
- Applicant will be responsible for keeping indoor restrooms, workout area and sauna clean and sanitized.
- Applicant may be asked to help with opening and maintaining swimming pool and deck area during the season.
- Applicant will communicate to maintenance superintendent on any questions, damage, needs or concerns.
- IHHA employees are all good will ambassadors for all of Indian Hills.
- Applicant will actively safeguard all Indian Hills' property and assets.
JOB SKILLS, but not limited to:
- Applicant will be an hourly employee working during the summer months.
- Applicant must be self motivated, dedicated, hardworking and able to follow direction.
- Applicant must be physically able to perform duties and tasks required.
- Applicant must be able to work independently.
- Applicant must be able to communicate positively.
- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and be insurable with IHHA insurance provider.
- Applicant must be able to work extra hours when needed.
- Applicant will clock in on time and clock out when leaving IH property for lunch or end of shift.
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Work Schedule is Monday - Friday 7am to 3 pm, starting pay is $16.00 per hour.
