The purpose of this position is to serve as the section's managerial supervisor; provide direct clinical pharmacy services; responsible for management and administration of personnel policies and procedures; and direct/manage programs and activities in a manner that ensures the mission and vision.

- A doctoral degree in Pharmacy that is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained.
- AND possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
