Warm Springs Casino Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to oversee and elevate all dining and beverage experiences across Indian Head Casino and Plateau Travel Plaza.

About the Role
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of all restaurant, kitchen, and beverage operations across both enterprise locations. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high-quality culinary standards, strengthening team performance, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies, foster innovation, and ensure that all food and beverage operations remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all food & beverage operations across both properties
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards across all outlets
- Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and team members to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Enhance guest experience through innovation, menu development, and service improvements
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and grow market share
- Monitor industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep offerings fresh and competitive
A few things we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience
- Proven experience managing multi-unit or high-volume operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen management, and beverage programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems (POS, inventory, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 or older to obtain required gaming license
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior casino or gaming hospitality experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License
- Food Handler’s Certification
- OLCC Service Permit
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license upon offer of hire
