Index Packaging is a growing manufacturing company with four New Hampshire facilities and over 200 employees dedicated to building custom packaging solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our corrugated manufacturing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, learning multiple processes, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll help build custom corrugated packaging products while supporting overall production and warehouse operations.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Assembling corrugated packaging products using work orders and specifications.
- Operating equipment such as band saws, slitter/scorers, stitching machines, die cutters, and hot glue equipment.
- Measuring materials accurately using tape measures and production instructions.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and staging finished products for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with other manufacturing and warehouse functions as needed, including material handling and shipping support.

Helpful experience includes:
- Manufacturing or production work
- Assembly experience
- Corrugated or packaging production
- Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Machine operation
- Hand tools and measuring tools
You should be comfortable with:
- Fast-paced production work
- Reading a tape measure
- Following written and verbal instructions
- Physical work including lifting and movement
- Learning multiple processes through cross-training
No corrugated experience? We’re willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
This is an active manufacturing and warehouse role requiring:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Regular lifting up to 35 lbs
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Team lifting when needed
- Standing for extended periods during production shifts
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.
